Replacement Terms & Procedures
We make sure to check our fans twice before packaging. However, Once you received delivery through courier and found any manufacturing fault or any missing component. Please record a video and lodge a complaint by sending email to claim@talhaashrafgroup.com within 7 days of receiving our fan, otherwise no replacement would be entertained. Replacement subject to Warranty Term & Conditions.After checking the genuineness of the issue, replacement process will be completed within 15 days from the Date of complaint lodged. No cash refund will be make only product will be replaced with the new piece of the same variant.
