We totally rely on our allied courier services for the delivery of the purchases that are made online. Please find the following details regarding our shipping options:
Standard Shipping:

Delivery Time: 6-7 days (May increase due to weather or political conditions)
Method: Overland shipping - Cheaper Method
Overnight Shipping:
Cost: Customer’s Responsibility
Delivery Time: 2-3 Days

Make sure to provide the necessary shipping details accurately during the checkout process. This includes your full name, complete shipping address, contact number, and any additional delivery instructions. It is important to note that once the product is handed over to courier company, we rely on their services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order. In case of any delays or issues during transit, we will work closely with them to resolve the matter and keep you informed.
Replacement Terms & Procedures
We make sure to check our fans twice before packaging. However, Once you received delivery through courier and found any manufacturing fault or any missing component. Please record a video and lodge a complaint by sending email to claim@talhaashrafgroup.com within 7 days of receiving our fan, otherwise no replacement would be entertained. Replacement subject to Warranty Term & Conditions.
After checking the genuineness of the issue, replacement process will be completed within 15 days from the Date of complaint lodged. No cash refund will be made only product will be replaced with the new piece of the same variant.
