Warranty Not Claimable If

  1. Warranty will not be claimable if Motor or PCB card is damaged due to wrong connection or installation process.

  2. Warranty will not be claimable if Motor or all components damaged due to voltage fluctuation.

  3. Warranty will not be claimable if damaged caused by water seepage.

  4. Warranty will not be claimable if damaged caused by faulty or over range capacitor.

  5. Warranty will not be claimable if damage occur to Motor or other components due to attempted repair by third party.

  6. Warranty will not be claimable if damage caused due to short circuit or faulty household wiring.

  7. Warranty will not be claimable if AC/DC inverter or 30 watt fan found operated with dimmer.

  8. Warranty will be claimed within the given warranty period mentioned on the warranty card. After the expiry of warranty, Excellent fans will charge for repair and maintenance.

Warranty Claim Procedure

  1. Please present the filled signed stamped warranty card to the respective authorized dealer from which you purchased the fan.​

  2. In case of online purchase from fans.talhaashrafgroup.com, Please Email us writing about the issue at claim@talhaashrafgroup.com with the purchase receipt. You may also fill out the below form for claim of online purchase.
